You have the right to request that Funneldashdisclose certain information to you about our collection and use of yourpersonal information over the past 12 months. Once we receive and confirm yourverifiable consumer request (see the “Exercising Access, Data Portability, andDeletion Rights” section below), we will disclose to you:

6. Engage in public or peer-reviewed scientific,historical, or statistical research in the public interest that adheres to allother applicable ethics and privacy laws, when the information’s deletion maylikely render impossible or seriously impair the research’s achievement, if youpreviously provided informed consent.
7. Enable solely internal uses that arereasonably aligned with consumer expectations based on your relationship withus.
8. Comply with a legal obligation.

Only you, or a person registered with theCalifornia Secretary of State that you authorize to act on your behalf, maymake a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information. Youmay also make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child.
You may only make averifiable consumer request for access or data portability twice within a12-month period. The verifiable consumer request must:
· Provide sufficientinformation that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whomwe collected personal information or an authorized representative.
· Describe your request with sufficient detailthat allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.
We cannot respond to your request or provideyou with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority tomake the request and confirm the personal information relates to you.
Making a verifiable consumer request does notrequire you to create an account with us. However, we may consider requestsmade through your password protected account sufficiently verified when therequest relates to personal information associated with that specific account.
We will only use personal information providedin a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor’s identity orauthority to make the request.

We endeavor to respond to a verifiableconsumer request within forty-five (45) days of its receipt. If we require moretime (up to 90 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period inwriting.
If you have an account with us, we may deliverour written response to that account. If you do not have an account with us, wewill deliver our written response by mail or electronically, at your option.
Any disclosures we provide will only cover the12-month period preceding the verifiable consumer request’s receipt. Theresponse we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with arequest, if applicable. For data portability requests, we will select a formatto provide your personal information that is readily useable and should allowyou to transmit the information from one entity to another entity withouthindrance.
We do not charge a fee to process or respondto your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, ormanifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we willtell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate beforecompleting your request.
We may share information with our advertisingand referral partners. If you indicate that you are interested inpurchasing certain advertising or financial products we may sell or licenseyour information (including, without limitation, personally-identifiableinformation) to our partners (including, without limitation, advertising and leadreferral partners) in order for such partners to provide advertising, financialand related services to you including in connection with products or servicesin which you have expressed interest. However, we will not otherwise sell your personalinformation.
